Admission Requirements
- Completed application.
- Completed visit to school and interview unless other arrangements have been made.
- Any person who has attained a high school diploma or G.E.D. (High School Equivalency Certificate) is eligible to attend Weekend Dental Assistant School, subject to personal interview. All applicants must exhibit proper willingness and enthusiasm to learn the art of dental assisting. Advanced Standing is not granted for prior education and training, but will be helpful in the successful completion of this program.
- There are no prerequisite classes for this course.
- A high school Senior may take our course on the condition that he/she has an overall grade point average of B or better.
- Admissions at Weekend Dental Assistant School are conducted throughout the year. Those candidates accepted to the program receive a letter of acceptance to the program. Those applicants who apply during the course of class training will be given first consideration to be enrolled in the next course. New classes start three times per year. Deadline to apply is the day the ten week cycle begins, based on availability. Dates of sessions are announced on a letter or via telephone to prospective students.
- Tuition is payable to Weekend Dental Assistant School. The paid tuition reserves your spot in the class.
